Neal was founder member the popular
Northumbrian Christian band "Gideon's Answer", and gradually became
more and more influenced by Bluegrass and Blues. "Gideon's Answer" released 3
Cds:" There's a joy in my heart", "Keep your lamp burning
bright", and "Spiritual Graffiti" Most of the songs on these
albums were written by Neal He now plays solo, but is still occasionally
accompanied by his daughter Louise on Guitar and Vocals. He has released an
album entitled "Old,
New, Borrowed & Blues" which is
available as a download from ITUNES,

"Old, New,
Borrowed & Blues"explores the influences of such musicians as Blind Willie Johnson and Mississippi John Hurt, and also
features traditional Bluegrass Gospel songs together with some original material written by Neal
himself.
